CULTURAL CENTER - KADIKOY

This project was carried out with the aim of renovating the market in the "Kadikoy Historical Tuesday Bazaar" land and constructing a cultural center. The total square meter of the area is approximately 65,000 square meters. The size of the cultural center on the ground is 4.500 m2 and consists of 2 floors. There is a 9000 m2 cultural center and a 25,000 m2 underground car park in total. The parking lot is approximately 1,000 vehicles. The remaining part of the land is reserved for the renovated version of the historical Tuesday market and landscape design. There are 106 big market stalls in total. There is space for more than 800 vendors. There are restaurants, co-working areas, conference hall, library, seminar areas, exhibition areas, cocktail areas, workshops and areas with many different functions in the cultural center.
