AGRICULTURE BASED SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER - OMERLI

This project is an agriculture-based social entrepreneurship center project planned to be built in Istanbul/Cekmekoy region, which has production, development, working and daily visitor areas. In total, it is planned to be built on a completely closed area of 9.000 m2. 6.000 m2 of this is entrepreneurship center and 3.000 m2 is production center. It includes laboratories, research offices, conference hall, library, study rooms, etc. It has many functions. There is also a closed parking lot with a capacity of 110 vehicles. In this project, which is planned to be built on a total area of 20.000m2, there are agriculture-based production areas in open and closed areas. There is a production area of 700m2 in the closed area, which will be an example for vertical agriculture. In addition, it is the owner of the sales area and restaurant where the products produced are sold.

The project consists of the combination of 4 buildings. These four buildings are 2 production centers, one is the daily visitor part and the other is the permanent user part. These 4 buildings are gathered under a single roof and are connected to each other by the bridges between them. The project is planned to be built close to the north of the land and it is aimed to enable the open production areas to benefit from the sun's rays. The project occupies a total area of 4,500 m2 and an area of 6,000 m2 is reserved for open-air agricultural areas.
